- Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by peer reviewers.

For abstracts with revision recommendations, authors must make the necessary changes through the system and include a brief response in the “Special Note to Editor” section explaining what changes were made and how.
- Note: If reviewers suggest a revision to the title, the system does not grant authors the authority to edit the title directly. If you write the requested title change in the “Special Note to Editor” section, the editors will update the title in the system for you.
- January 30 – February 15, 2026: Peer review process.
- February 19 – 20, 2026: Authors whose abstracts require revision based on reviewer recommendations will be notified via email.
- March 4 – 6, 2026: Abstract results will be announced, and final decision letters will be sent to you (Results can also be tracked through the online submission system).
- Presentation details for accepted abstracts will be notified later via email (Presentation details can also be tracked through the online submission system).
