  • Residents and specialists attending with sponsorship are not eligible for the grant,
  • If the presenter’s current institution is located in Antalya, only the congress registration and external participation fees of the presenter will be covered within the scope of the grant.

Application

  • Grant applications will be made online through the system during the online abstract submission process.

Priorities Considered for the Grant

The goal is to provide grants, as resources permit, to residents and early career psychiatrists who apply with a research paper accepted for the 4th International and 28th National Clinical Education Symposium of the Psychiatric Association of Turkey. However, limited resources may make it difficult to respond positively to every application. Therefore, in the event of a high volume of applications, priority for selecting the residents to receive the grant will be determined based on the following principles:

  • Not having participated in previous PAT congresses with a PAT grant,
  • Maintaining a balance between regions and institutions.

Important Notice: Those attending the 4th International and 28th National Clinical Education Symposium of the Psychiatric Association of Turkey with a PAT Congress Support Grant are required to present the paper for which the grant was awarded at the congress. In the event that the paper is not presented without a valid excuse-submitted to and accepted by the PAT Central Executive Board as reasonable prior to the presentation time-the Psychiatric Association of Turkey reserves the right to reclaim the granted funds.
