GUIDELINES FOR SPEAKERS
Dear Speakers,
The Turkish Psychiatric Association expects **all speakers to participate in person** at the 4th International and 28th National Clinical Education Symposium.
For speakers whose proposals have been accepted and who do not have a sponsor, the Turkish Psychiatric Association may cover congress registration fees upon request. However, travel and accommodation expenses must be covered by the speaker.
You will find information about presentation times and formats in the Scientific Program and in your acceptance letters. We sincerely thank you and look forward to a successful and engaging congress together.
Guidelines for Preparing Oral Presentation Abstracts
Abstracts must be prepared in Turkish.
- Below the presentation title, include the full name and affiliation of the author(s).
- Examples: Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry; Private Practitioner; Ankara Keçiören Training and Research Hospital…
- A maximum of three references may be used when preparing the abstract.
- References should be listed at the end of the text under a separate heading.
- The abstract should be 300–500 words in length.
- Abbreviations must be spelled out in full when first used, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
- Figures, images, or tables should not be included in the abstract.
- Completed abstracts must be submitted by **April 10, 2026**, to kespsikiyatri@zevent.com.tr.
- The text must be prepared in accordance with the Turkish Psychiatric Association’s guidelines on non-discriminatory and non-sexist language.
