REGISTRATION FEES

• The registration fee must be deposited into the bank account listed below, and the registration form along with the payment receipt must be sent to the meeting organizing secretariat via e-mail at kespsikiyatri@zevent.com.tr.
• The meeting registration fee includes the congress bag, name badge, final program, and certificate of attendance
• VAT (20%) will be added to the prices listed above.
• Registration fees must be deposited into the bank account specified below.
• Participants over the age of 65 are exempt from registration and external participation fees.
• Registration is mandatory for all speakers, specialists, residents, and company representatives to access the general symposium areas and scientific sessions.
• Participants registering as undergraduate medical or psychology students must send their current student certificate to kespsikiyatri@zevent.com.tr.
• For all payments not made on time or delayed after the symposium date, a 10% late fee will be added to the budget and reflected to you, as announced on the website and in the budgets.
• Confirmation of participation cannot be issued for participants whose payments have not been completed.

ONLINE PARTICIPATION – REGISTRATION FEE CATEGORIES

ACCOMMODATION FEES

• VAT (10%) will be added to the accommodation rates.
• Accommodation is a 3-night package based on an All-Inclusive concept.
• Z Event Tourism and Event Services reserves the right to reflect any changes in potential taxes, duties, or fees in the pricing.
• For all payments not made on time or delayed after the symposium date, a 10% late fee will be added and reflected to you, as announced in the budgets and on the website.
• Reservations will be made based on the total amount (including VAT) deposited by companies by the start of the congress.
• Room assignment will be conducted according to the order of application and payment dates.
• Accommodation confirmation cannot be issued for participants whose payments have not been completed.
• We kindly request that the accommodation fee be deposited into the bank account listed below, and that the participant information along with the payment receipt be sent to the meeting organizing secretariat at kespsikiyatri@zevent.com.tr.

EXTERNAL PARTICIPATION FEES

• VAT (20%) will be added to the external participation fee.
• Participation in social activities is excluded.

What is the External Participation Fee? Participants who do not book their accommodation through the organizing secretariat and choose not to stay at the designated symposium hotels must pay a daily external participation fee. This fee allows these participants to benefit from the hotel’s all-inclusive services between 09:00 and 18:00. This fee applies to all participants and company representatives, regardless of their registration type. The fee covers entry to the symposium center during the scientific program and activities, as well as lunches and coffee breaks.

TRANSFER RATES

• VAT (20%) will be added to the transfer rates.
• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the congress organizing secretariat at least 20 days before to the transfer date.
• For private transfer requests, a customized offer will be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Regarding the refund of registration and accommodation fees;

• Registration cancellation requests must be notified in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Services.
• For cancellation requests made before February 15, 2026, the deposited registration fee will be refunded after a 10% deduction for bank charges.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after February 15, 2026.
• Only name changes will be accepted after February 15, 2026.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.
